Ticket Request Types

Depending on how a particular venue is configured, there may be several types of ticket requests that you may choose for a given show.  Below are some of the venue configurations and the types of ticket requests you may choose depending on your ticket needs.  This is not a complete listing of all potential types an configurations and there may be exceptions;  please consult the event listings on tickets.phish.com for event specific seating information and ticket request types.

For shows with multiple ticket prices, the ticket price listed on the ticket request is the highest priced ticket you should expect to purchase should you be granted tickets.  If you are selected for tickets and the top priced tickets are no longer available, you may be granted lower priced tickets and will be charged the appropriate amount.

 

General Admission Field and General Admission Stands Shows

These are shows that have general admission standing on the field and general admission seating in the stands.  Tapers must have a GA floor ticket.  There are no Taper specific tickets.  For ticket requests that are granted, seating is assigned by Phish Tickets on a best available basis.

Ticket request types:

  • BEST AVAILABLE  enters your request into a random selection process for either general admission field or stands tickets across all price levels where applicable.
  • FIELD ONLY  enters your request into a random selection process for GA field tickets only.
  • STANDS ONLY  enter your request into a random selection process for GA stand tickets only.

General Admission Shows

These are shows where there are no reserved seats and seating in on a first come first serve basis.  For general admission shows, taping is on a first come first serve basis.  There are no Taper specific tickets.

Ticket request types:

  • GENERAL ADMISSION  enters your request into a random selection process for general admission tickets.

Reserved Seating Shows

These are shows where all seats are reserved.  For ticket requests that are granted, seating is assigned by Phish Tickets on a best available basis. Tapers must possess a taper ticket.

Ticket request types:

  • BEST AVAILABLE  enters your request into a random selection process for reserved seating tickets to the show across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER PREFERRED  enters your request into a random selection process for reserve seating TAPER tickets to the show BUT should Taper specific tickets sell out, your order still is eligible to be selected for NON-Taper specific reserved seating tickets across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER ONLY  enters your request into a random selection process for Taper Specific tickets only

Reserved Seating and General Admission Lawn Shows

These are shows that have reserved seating and also general admission sections. Tapers must possess a taper ticket.

Ticket request types:

  • BEST AVAILABLE  enters your request into a random selection process for either reserved seating or general admission tickets across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER PREFERRED  enters your request into a random selection process for reserved seating TAPER tickets to the show BUT should Taper specific tickets sell out, your order is still eligible for selection of NON-Taper specific reserved seating or general admission lawn tickets across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER ONLY  enters your request into a random selection process for Taper specific tickets only

General Admission Floor and Reserved Seating Shows

These are shows that have general admission standing on the floor and reserved seating in the stands.  For general admission floor shows, taping  is on first come first serve basis.  Tapers must have a GA floor ticket.  There are no Taper specific tickets.

Ticket request types:

  • BEST AVAILABLE  enters your request into a random selection process for either reserved seating or general admission tickets across all price levels where applicable
  • FLOOR ONLY  enters your request into a random selection process for GA floor tickets only
  • RESERVED ONLY  enters your request into a random selection process for reserved seating tickets only. - across all price levels where applicable

General Admission PIT, Reserved Seating and GA Lawn Shows

These are shows that have general admission standing in the Pit, reserved seating in the stands and general admission standing on the lawn.  Tapers must possess a Taper ticket.

Ticket request types:

  • BEST AVAILABLE  enters your request into a random selection process for either general admission pit, reserved seating or general admission tickets across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER PREFERRED  enters your request into a random selection process for reserved seating TAPER tickets to the show, BUT should Taper specific tickets sell out, your order still is eligible for selection of NON-taper specific reserved seating or general admission ticket across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER ONLY  enters your request into a random selection process for Taper specific tickets only.

 General Admission PIT and Reserved Seating Shows

These are shows that have general admission standing in the Pit, reserved seating in the stands and general admission standing on the lawn.  Tapers must possess a Taper ticket.

Ticket request types:

  • BEST AVAILABLE  enters your request into a random selection process for either general admission pit or reserved seating across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER PREFERRED  enters your request into a random selection process for reserved seating TAPER tickets to the show, BUT should Taper specific tickets sell out, your order still is eligible for selection of NON-taper specific reserved seating or general admission ticket across all price levels where applicable.
  • TAPER ONLY  enters your request into a random selection process for Taper specific tickets only.

Order Status Notifications

You should be notified of your order status prior to the public on-sale date.  All notifications will be sent via email to the email address you provide in your ticket request.  Some Internet and email service providers may reject email messages from Phish Tickets.  To increase the changes of receiving your order status notification email, you can add the "ticketstoday.com" domain to your safe senders list in your email settings.

If notifications have been sent out and you have not received yours please email phishtickets@ticketstoday.com with your original ticket request number and "Phish Tickets status" in the subject line and someone will respond to your email as soon as possible.

If you have not received a ticket status email and the card you used for your ticket request shows a charge from "Phish Tickets" or "Ticketstoday" then there is a good chance you may receive tickets.  In these cases, email phishtickets@ticketstoday.com to confirm your status.

All sales are final and failure to receive a ticket status email does not change this policy.

Terms and Conditions

There is a limit of one ticket request per credit card.  As a security measure, Phish Tickets will accept only one unique credit card number per request.  If you attempt to place additional ticket requests with the same credit card number, all requests could be rejected.  In addition, we will be filtering out multiple ticket requests made by the same person at the same billing address using different credit cards. Attempts to make multiple ticket requests by the same person at the same address may result in a low priority assignment or even rejection of your requests.

A FEW CHOICE WORDS ON SCALPING

Phish Tickets has a zero tolerance for scalping and insist that all patrons of our service abide by our policy stated herein. Tickets made available through this site are intended only for fans who are actually planning on attending the shows requested.  It is strictly prohibited to resell any tickets obtained through Phish Tickets for more than the purchase price.  If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering your tickets that you purchased through our site for profit, Phish Tickets may at its discretion cancel your ticket order an all other pending orders in your name.  This cancellation will result in a refund of the total price for the tickets minus a $7.00 per ticket processing fee and any shipping fees that have been incurred with respect to the order. We reserve the right to investigate all orders suspected to be in violation of the policy.

We urge you not to purchase tickets through brokers or "scalpers."  These tickets may be counterfeit in which case you will not only be overcharged but will also likely be denied entry to the show.

For customer service issues or questions, please email phishtickets@ticketstoday.com.  We will answer all e-mails in a timely and personal manner.  Please send only one e-mail in a 24-hour period.  Please note, that due to the high volume of requests, we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted.  Queries not related directly to customer service issues will be disregarded.

Allotments

Our allotment of tickets for each show is limited, so we may not be able to fulfill every request that we receive.  If we are able to fulfill your request, we will charge the total amount due to your credit card at that time.

Our allotment of tickets includes all levels of seat quality from front row to behind the stage or on the lawn.  You will not know your seat locations until after your order is finalized and it is non-refundable.

Fees & Shipping

Phish Tickets will charge a per ticket service fee for each ticket granted.  The amount of the fee depends on the price level of the ticket(s) you are granted.

In addition, all orders will be shipped within the continental US via UPS Expedited and you will be charged an $11.50 shipping fee per order.  Tickets shipped outside the continental US will be shipped via UPS International at a charge specific to the region to which the tickets are being shipped.

Packages may not be sent to a PO Box and ticket requests with incorrect shipping information will not be processed.

If your request is granted, you can expect your tickets to ship approximately 3 weeks prior to the first show on your order.
